During the 80's, Paula and Lewis were introduced to Warren via talk radio in Los Angeles.  Since that time, he has became a true mentor!  Warren's concept of  "seeing through your pet’s eyes"  was beneficial in how the Turners' related to animals.   His broadcasts and writings about feline and canine common sense have touched those in the pet and rescue industries, along with millions of listeners.

Nathan Winograd

Nathan is a renowned expert in the No Kill Animal Movement.  The Turners' campaign, Bridging the Gap, was born from the senseless and unnecessary killing of our pets in pounds and shelters.  The No Kill Movement has enabled enlightened shelter decision-makers to stop the killing through a proven curriculum that has successfully been implemented in a number of shelters throughout the country.

Nathan’s training as a former criminal prosecutor and corporate attorney provided necessary skills to write animal protective legislation at both state and national levels.  He has guested on news networks; his writings have been featured throughout all major publications; and his work with the No Kill Advocacy Center has enabled dissemination to millions regarding the real truth about shelters.

Nathan’s lecture at the No More Homeless Pets Conference was informative and inspiring.  He spoke with clarity, passion, and a sense of urgency, and opened the eyes of many attendees. (See Books and Causes)

Pretty hefty credentials!  However, after attending his seminar at the No More Homeless Pets Conference and studying his website, the accolades are well deserved.
